The basis for the YOKOMO Drift Cars is a narrow touring car competition chassis. Superb workmanship and the usual excellent YOKOMO quality are the outstanding features of this series of models. The radio control system and electronics are not supplied, so every operator can fit out his Drift Car using the equipment of his choice. The beautifully detailed body shells are also availableseparately; they are interchangeable, and fit virtually any 1 : 10 scale electric touring car.
YOKOMO Drift Cars are designed for total drifting pleasure - a trend originating in Japan which is increasingly gaining attention all over the world. Spurred on by various cinema films, these drifting RC cars are steadily gaining in popularity. The crucial point is not the last ounce of motor power or the latest (and possibly mostexpensive) battery; no, it is sensitive driving and speed of response at the transmitter - these are the more important criteria in this form of competition. It's the Show that counts - not the last word in top speed on the straights.
